PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING
Our newsletter goes out during the first two weeks of each month. To be included, submit your news by the 15th of the previous month (for example, submit March news by February 15). Submissions received after this deadline may still be included, but we can't guarantee placement.

A photo or logo as a .jpeg, 1 MB or less. Please include your name in the filename (e.g., lastname_event.jpeg).

Past screenings (new release announcements are fine, but not general availability notices)
Media articles without a link to the article
General information about films in production
To keep the newsletter balanced, we limit repeat postings to two consecutive issues and cap submissions at one item per person per newsletter and six items per person or organization per year.
Content guidelines
Announcements should be 50 words or less and include relevant details: date, time, ticket info, and a link for more information. We may edit for space and content.
