The 65th Robert Flaherty Film Seminar, entitled ACTION, programmed by Shai Heredia., concluded over a week ago at Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.
The Seminar brought together artists, film professionals, and enthusiasts from countries all over the world, including: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.
In addition to the exciting program, other highlights of the week included a trip into downtown Hamilton for a public screening at the historic Arts at the Palace followed by drinks and dancing at the local watering hole The Hourglass; a masterclass with Kazuo Hara for the 34 Seminar Fellows; a lakeside barbecue; and discussions among the participants during meals, coffee breaks, happy hours and late night at Bill's Bar.
